1. Introduction
At Xenox Enext (XeIndia), we provide digital services including Website Designing, Website Development, E-commerce Website Development, and SEO Services. Since these are not physical goods, there is no traditional shipping. Instead, this policy explains how we deliver our services, expected timelines, and how clients receive completed work.
2. Service Delivery Method
- All services are delivered electronically.
- Deliverables may include design files, source code, login credentials, reports, or other digital assets.
- These will be shared with the client via email, secure file transfer, project management tools, or direct deployment to the client’s hosting/server as agreed.
3. Order Processing
- Once an order or agreement is confirmed and payment terms are fulfilled, we begin planning and allocating resources.
- Clients will receive a confirmation email with the project scope, estimated timelines, and assigned project manager/contact person.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Timelines depend on the type of service, project complexity, and client responsiveness in providing required inputs.
- Indicative timelines:
- Website Designing: [7–15 business days]
- Website Development: [2-4 weeks]
- E-commerce Website Development: [3–6 weeks]
- SEO Services: Ongoing, with progress reports typically shared every [30 days].
- Any delays due to late feedback, changes in scope, or third-party dependencies will extend the delivery schedule.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access (e.g. hosting, domain, admin logins) for us to deliver services on time.
- Delays caused by missing or late inputs from the client are not the responsibility of XeIndia.
6. Completion & Handover
- For design and development projects, final deliverables will be provided after client approval and settlement of all dues.
- For SEO and ongoing services, reports and updates will be shared as per the agreed schedule.
- Upon handover, the client assumes responsibility for maintaining or managing the delivered website/service, unless a maintenance contract is signed with XeIndia.
7. Non-Delivery Situations
We are not responsible for non-delivery if:
- The client provides incorrect or inaccessible email/hosting details.
- The client fails to respond to communication in a reasonable time frame.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions) delay delivery.
