1. Scope

This policy applies to all services offered by Xenox Enext (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to:

  • Website Designing
  • Website Development
  • E-commerce Website Development
  • SEO Services

2. Definitions

  • Client: Any individual or business who purchases or engages our services.
  • Service Commencement: The point when we begin work under a project, which may include but is not limited to planning, resource allocation, or initial design drafts.

3. Cancellation by the Client

  • A client may cancel the project before Service Commencement without penalty; any payments made up to that point will be fully refunded.
  • Once Service Commencement has taken place, cancellations are subject to the following:

  • To cancel, the client must notify us in writing (email sufficient) with detail of which stage the project is in.

4. Cancellation by XeIndia

  • We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inability to meet agreed timelines, resource constraints, or conflict of interest).
  • If we cancel before Service Commencement, a full refund of the amounts paid will be issued.
  • If we cancel after Service Commencement, we will refund a pro–rated portion of the fees based on the work completed, but will retain reasonable compensation for work done up to cancellation.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method the client used, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request (or from our cancellation notice).
  • Any bank or transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Situations

  • Any third-party costs incurred that cannot be reversed (e.g. domain registration, third-party plug-in / theme licenses) will not be refunded if those are non-refundable.
  • Any custom work already delivered and accepted by the client cannot be “undone” for refund.
  • If the client has provided incorrect, delayed, or insufficient information that affects delivery, we are not obligated to refund delays or costs arising from that.

7. Amendments to the Project

  • Changes to the scope after Service Commencement may incur additional fees.
  • If such changes significantly affect delivery timelines or cost, those will be handled via a separate change request and are not covered by refunds under this policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • If there is any disagreement about cancellation or refund amounts, we will first attempt to resolve it amicably through discussion.
  • If resolution fails, both parties agree to pursue mediation before undertaking any legal proceedings.
