This policy applies to all services offered by Xenox Enext (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to:
- Website Designing
- Website Development
- E-commerce Website Development
- SEO Services
2. Definitions
- Client: Any individual or business who purchases or engages our services.
- Service Commencement: The point when we begin work under a project, which may include but is not limited to planning, resource allocation, or initial design drafts.
3. Cancellation by the Client
- A client may cancel the project before Service Commencement without penalty; any payments made up to that point will be fully refunded.
- Once Service Commencement has taken place, cancellations are subject to the following:
| Project Stage | Refund Available | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Planning / Requirements Gathering | Up to 75% of amount paid | We may retain up to 25% to cover administrative costs. |
| After Design Draft(s) Delivered | Up to 50% | Design resources/time already invested. |
| Once Development / Implementation Begins | Up to 25% | Most work is irreversibly committed. |
| After Final Deliverable / Deployment | No refund | Project completed. |
- To cancel, the client must notify us in writing (email sufficient) with detail of which stage the project is in.
4. Cancellation by XeIndia
- We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inability to meet agreed timelines, resource constraints, or conflict of interest).
- If we cancel before Service Commencement, a full refund of the amounts paid will be issued.
- If we cancel after Service Commencement, we will refund a pro–rated portion of the fees based on the work completed, but will retain reasonable compensation for work done up to cancellation.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method the client used, unless otherwise agreed.
- The refund will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request (or from our cancellation notice).
- Any bank or transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Situations
- Any third-party costs incurred that cannot be reversed (e.g. domain registration, third-party plug-in / theme licenses) will not be refunded if those are non-refundable.
- Any custom work already delivered and accepted by the client cannot be “undone” for refund.
- If the client has provided incorrect, delayed, or insufficient information that affects delivery, we are not obligated to refund delays or costs arising from that.
7. Amendments to the Project
- Changes to the scope after Service Commencement may incur additional fees.
- If such changes significantly affect delivery timelines or cost, those will be handled via a separate change request and are not covered by refunds under this policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
- If there is any disagreement about cancellation or refund amounts, we will first attempt to resolve it amicably through discussion.
- If resolution fails, both parties agree to pursue mediation before undertaking any legal proceedings.
